Academic Chairs’ Leaderships Styles and Teachers’ Job Satisfaction in Higher Education Institutions in UAE

<p style="text-align: justify;">This study aims to identify the dominant leadership styles of chairs from perspective faculty members in different college departments higher education UAE. Furthermore, teachers' perceptions that affect their job satisfaction. The used quantitative means with educational settings survey a five-point Likert scale. have values (completely agree =5, = 4, neutral =3, disagree=2, completely disagree=1). satisfaction questions satisfied fairly dissatisfied =2, dissatisfied=1). chosen subjects were colleges. Those are 135 university teachers who divided into four age groups. data revealed no colleagues members' perspectives; however, statistics lean towards laissez-faire style. It also reveals correlations between three and democratic style has greatest impact most significant environment incentives among independent variables.</p>
